(3) stop spindle, measuring the workpiece diameter value;

(4) Select MDI operation mode of the machine;

(5) Press the “offsetsitting” button;

(6) Press the “Coordinate System” soft key at the bottom of the screen;

(7) Move the cursor to “G54”;

(8) Enter X and the measured diameter;

(9) Press the “Measure” softkey at the bottom of the screen;

(10) Start the spindle, try cutting the workpiece end face, keep the Z direction does not move;

(11) Stop the spindle and repeat steps (4) – (9) above, change the X and the measured value in step (8) to Zo.

(5) Align the knife point with the reticle center of the microscope;

(6) Select MDI operation mode of the machine;

(7) Set the tool offset value by pressing “offset sitting” button, press the “CORRECTION” soft key at the bottom of the screen, select “shape” and input X, Z on the corresponding tool offset number;

(8) Remove the tool holder, execute the automatic tool change command.
