Process of precision parts machining

First, formulate the requirements and steps of the process specification:
The process specification is a technical document that guides production. The process specification must be economically reasonable. The part’s process specification is the part’s machining method and steps. Contents: Machining technology (heat treatment process), determine the machine tool used in each process, clamping method, measurement method, machining allowance, cutting amount and working hours quota. Fill in the contents of the card on a certain form, this is the procedure of the mechanical machining technology, that is, the mechanical machining card.
Second, the part of the process analysis, its main content:
(1)Check whether the drawings of the parts are complete and correct. Analyze the accuracy of the main parts of the parts, the completeness of the parts and the technical requirements, etc. in the existing production conditions.
(2)Checking whether the choice of parts materials is appropriate or not will make the process difficult and complicated.
(3)Examine the structural process of parts and check whether the parts structure can be machining economically and efficiently.
Third, the commonly used process documents are the following:
(1)Mechanical Machining Process Card: Its main role is to briefly explain the process route of machining.
(2)Machining process card: The process documentation is required to be as detailed and complete as possible. In addition to the process catalog, there are process cards for each process.
(3)Mechanical machining technology (integrated) cards. Use a mechanical process card that is more detailed than the machining process card and simpler and more flexible than the mechanical plus process card.
